Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist for our laundry store located on-site in Jeddah. The Receptionist will manage day-to-day front desk operations, including welcoming and assisting customers, handling incoming calls, scheduling, and maintaining records. Responsibilities also include ensuring excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries or complaints, and performing general clerical duties to support the organization’s operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, including greeting customers and managing front desk operations
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as scheduling, record-keeping, and organizing documents
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address customer needs and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and office tools
• Fluency in Arabic is a MUST
