Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator - Riyadh - KSA

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office and inform staff of their arrival.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take and relay accurate messages when required.
• Respond to basic inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, providing accurate information about the company and services.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area, including ensuring availability of forms, brochures, and stationery.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and packages; arrange outgoing mail and shipments.
• Schedule and update meeting room and office calendars, and support booking of appointments or internal meetings.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist with ordering, monitoring, and maintaining office supplies for the reception/front office area.
• Support implementation of basic security procedures by monitoring visitor access, maintaining a logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling messages, documents, and visitor information.
• Ability to remain calm, polite, and solution-oriented when dealing with complaints or high visitor volume.
