We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and organized individual to join our team as a **Receptionist**.
This role involves not only managing day-to-day front desk operations but also engaging in sales and client communication.
What you will do
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Sell and promote club memberships to prospective clients.
- Call clients to follow up on inquiries, appointments, and membership renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Organize and file documents in a systematic manner.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff and clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, sales, or customer service role is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong filing and administrative skills.
