The Arabic Cuisine Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Arabic dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and modern Arabic dishes.
- Ensure food is prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff when required.
- Develop and suggest new menu items and seasonal specialties.
- Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs.
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served on time.
- Follow company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Arabic Cuisine Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
- Ability to prepare a wide range of hot and cold dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
