KBR seeks a receptionist for a client, based at a Qatar site.
The receptionist is the first point of contact for club members and independently manages the reception desk, member access, and front desk operations.

Experience and education
- A graduate qualification or secondary school certificate is required, along with fluency in English.
- Three years of receptionist experience in an international hotel, recreational club, or hospitality industry is required.
- Thorough knowledge of computer applications, including Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
- A course certificate in basic first aid and CPR is required.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Welcome members, operate the reception desk, answer telephone calls politely, respond to inquiries, control entry, and enforce access rules.
- Enforce club rules and regulations and ensure members comply.
- Manage club and sports facility bookings, including meetings, events, and member parties; coordinate with functional areas for smooth activities.
- Maintain the lost-and-found register and hand items to the QAFCO representative for safekeeping.
- Maintain lounge and club inventory, report damage, and notify the QAFCO club representative of maintenance work orders and follow up.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to keep club premises clean and tidy.
- Maintain proper decorum and follow up on unsafe behavior involving children with pastoral care; report to parents when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the QAFCO representative.
