Overview
We are currently looking for a front desk receptionist to join our team in Dubai.
The receptionist is expected to be a high-level professional female, with experience in the aesthetic industry.
The candidate should have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to the clinic
- Perform administrative work
- Communicate with employees accordingly and assist doctors whenever necessary
- Process patients’ files, and explain the clinic’s policies to them
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
- Book and confirm patients’ appointments as per the clinic’s guidelines and standards
- Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for the patients
- Respond to phone calls and emails
- Ensure that the clinic is opened at the appropriate time and supervise the cleaning of the clinic to create a clean, positive, and healthy environment
Skills
- Native or Fluent English and Arabic
- Has 2 years of experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Extensive experience in working for aesthetic clinics with at least a basic knowledge of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures
- Has proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Skills
- Is a quick learner with a flexible personality to adapt to different environments
Experience
- receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language
- Arabic (Preferred)
