We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our team at a luxury medical center located in one of the most prestigious areas in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and patient communications effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Locally available.
