Overview
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist cum Secretary to join our management consulting firm in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations while providing administrative and secretarial support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document management
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
