About This Role

Overview

  • We are seeking a dedicated **Receptionist cum Admin**, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a world-class experience from the moment they walk through our doors. **Key Responsibilities**
  • Greet clients warmly, handle check-ins/check-outs, and provide detailed information about our spa treatments and packages.
  • Efficiently manage appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling of client's booking.
  • Proactively promote services and current special offers to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, manage daily billing and payments, and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional at all times.
  • Work closely with our therapists to ensure a smooth flow of appointments and timely service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal English skills; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a significant plus.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable working a 6-day week schedule.
