About This Role

Job Description

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized **Receptionist cum Admin** to manage front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist in promoting and upselling salon products and services
  • Recommend suitable products and treatments to clients
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about services and promotions
  • Maintain client records and filing systems
  • Perform data entry and prepare reports/documents
  • Coordinate with staff and management regarding daily operations
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Assist with general administrative and office tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Receptionist, Admin Assistant, Sales Associate, or similar role preferred
  • Background in sales and customer service is an advantage
  • Knowledge in upselling products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: To be discussed during interview
  • Visa and benefits as per UAE Labor Law

Full-Time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
