ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join its team in Qatar.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the receptionist represents the company and ensures smooth office operations.
The primary responsibility is to manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Direct visitors to the correct place.
- Ensure calls are transferred to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Update and distribute internal extension list of staff.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Arrange drivers and buses through transportation as requested.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and services.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Fluency in English.
