Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator (Immediate Hire)
Position Summary
We are urgently seeking a professional, warm, and highly organized Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to be the face of our office. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming, polished, and well-managed environment for visitors and colleagues alike.
The ideal candidate is personable, composed, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a natural ability to represent the company with professionalism and poise.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is always presentable and well-organized
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully prepared
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, courier services, and mail distribution
- Work closely with Facilities Management to maintain office standards and resolve issues promptly
- Support the setup and coordination of internal meetings and company events
- Monitor and maintain common areas to ensure cleanliness and organization at all times
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
- Act as the main point of contact at reception and manage front desk operations efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front office role within a corporate environment
- Experience handling VIP and high-profile clients with professionalism and discretion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation, with a poised and composed demeanor to represent the company front-of-house
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
