Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer (3 month contract)

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to manage the end-to-end AP cycle in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and strong compliance with internal controls, while coordinating closely with Procurement, O&M, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AP inbox, vendor queries, and daily invoice processing
• Maintain invoice tracking and vendor master data
• Perform vendor reconciliations and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and execute biweekly payment runs
• Record transactions in ERP and ensure data accuracy
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation
• Handle petty cash, credit cards, and monthly reporting (Opex vs Capex)
• Ensure correct coding of EPC and O&M costs
• Support month-end close, including cut-offs, postings, and reallocations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in accounts payable or similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in renewables, utilities, construction, or infrastructure
• Knowledge of VAT and multi-currency transactions
