Role duties

• Create a helpful and welcoming first impression for prospective and existing members.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and go above and beyond service standards.
• Promote memberships and use sales tools and techniques to develop sales performance.
• Manage daily operational tasks and advocate for physical activity.

• Be sales-focused and target-driven, with a passion for high-quality customer service.
• Previous sales and customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
