Real Estate Videographer

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-resolution interior, exterior, and aerial property images and videos.
• Create promotional videos, virtual tours, property walkthroughs, Reels, and Shorts.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with branding and marketing objectives.
• Edit content and prepare final outputs for websites and social media.
• Collaborate with marketing staff, property managers, real estate agents, and Property Consultants.
• Maintain photography and videography equipment and monitor relevant industry trends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable photographer or videographer experience, ideally in real estate.
• Proficiency with professional camera systems and editing software.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality real estate photography and videography.
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience with Sony Alpha A7S III or a similar camera.
• CapCut and AI video editing skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in real estate photography and videography.

Compensation

• The posting lists a starting salary of AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
• Another compensation field lists AED 2,224.69–7,630.89 per month.
