As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced and driven **Real Estate Team Leaders** to lead and grow high-performing sales teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate consultants to achieve and exceed targets.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop brokers for long-term success.
- Support agents throughout the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to maximise results.
- Stay updated on Dubai market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships and high service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Real Estate Team Leader in Dubai.
- Proven experience recruiting and managing successful sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a commercial mindset.
- Professional, ambitious, and committed to growth.
