Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new brokers to strengthen team performance and long-term success.
• Guide and support team members through the full sales cycle, including client acquisition, negotiations, and property transactions.
• Monitor KPIs, assess performance, and implement strategies to drive productivity and team growth.
• Stay informed on Dubai’s real estate market, including new launches, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Work closely with marketing and operational teams to ensure seamless business execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum **2 years of experience as a Real Estate Team Leader** within the Dubai property market.
• Proven track record in recruiting, managing, and developing successful sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Commercially minded with a target-driven and performance-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, professional, ambitious, and committed to long-term career development.
