As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced and ambitious **Real Estate Team Leaders** to drive performance, develop talent, and build high-achieving sales teams within Dubai’s dynamic real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of real estate consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new agents to strengthen team capabilities and productivity.
- Support team members throughout the sales process, including client engagement, negotiations, and property transactions.
- Monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and implement effective strategies to maximize team growth and success.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including new developments, investment opportunities, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Real Estate Team Leader within the Dubai real estate market.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing sales professionals.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with a target-driven and results-focused mindset.
- Professional, motivated, self-driven, and committed to long-term career growth.
