About This Role
Team leader – Real Estate | Abu Dhabi
We’re hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on secondary and off-plan properties.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years UAE real estate experience
- Strong knowledge of secondary & off-plan market
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Must have a ready sales team to join immediately
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive team performance to achieve targets
- Manage sales of secondary & off-plan properties
- Build client and investor relationships
- Ensure smooth deal closures
Package: Salary (Negotiable) + Commission
Location: Abu Dhabi (In-person)
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
