• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and top real estate developers to drive consistent sales growth.
• Support clients throughout the end-to-end home-buying journey, providing clear guidance and tailored advice to help them secure the right property.
• Stay up to date with market trends, new developments, and property launches to ensure relevant and informed client interactions.
• Leverage market insights to deliver accurate, timely, and value-driven information to clients.
• Actively expand your client base by leveraging your network and generating referrals from satisfied customers.
• Work closely with a high-performing team to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in the Dubai real estate market with solid market knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
• A driven, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
• A valid UAE driving license is essential.
• A passion for staying updated on market trends, new developments, and prime property offerings.
• The initiative to seek out referrals and expand your network proactively.
