About This Role
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Property Advisor to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses, ideal for candidates looking for both stability and earning potential. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering exceptional service and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Stay updated with Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and property values
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes, ensuring smooth closures
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
