What You Bring to the Table

• The Track Record: Minimum 6-12 months of proven success in Dubai’s off-plan market. You know the developers, the launches, and the payment plans.
• The Network: A solid understanding of how to advise investors and build long-term portfolios.

• The Credentials: RERA certification is highly preferred.
