- Prepare detailed property listings and marketing materials, leveraging digital platforms and traditional methods to maximize exposure.
- Analyze financial data related to properties, including ROI calculations, to assist clients in making financially sound investments.
- Coordinate property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties effectively to create a lasting impression on potential buyers.
- Stay updated on local zoning laws, property taxes, and regulations to provide clients with essential advice and guidance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive databases of properties, clients, and market statistics for effective tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers and inspectors, to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Assist clients with the closing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted accurately and timely.
