Job Type: Full-Time
MTS Group of Companies , headquartered in the UAE, is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing real estate team as Secondary Market Agents. This opportunity is open to both experienced agents and freshers who are eager to build a successful career in Dubai’s real estate industry.
This is a commission-based role only, offering attractive commission structure with unlimited earning potential for individuals who are driven and passionate about sales and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Schedule and conduct property viewings
- Assist clients in leasing or purchasing residential and commercial properties
- Negotiate terms between landlords, tenants, and buyers
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
- Match client requirements with available listings
- Ensure contracts and documentation are accurate and compliant
Requirements:
- 0 to 1 year of experience preferred (freshers are welcome)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Available to start immediately
