About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-value client relationships, and leading a performance-focused sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Drive revenue generation across real estate services and consultancy offerings.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
- Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in real estate sales, including managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, preferably Riyadh.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Saudi National
