We are seeking a driven, analytical, and client‑focused **Real Estate Sales / Investment Specialist** to guide buyers and investors through Abu Dhabi’s most attractive property opportunities, including off‑plan, ready, and high‑yield investment assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property and investment inquiries from local and international clients
  • Conduct professional viewings, virtual tours, and investment presentations
  • Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Provide expert advisory on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
  • Analyze investment opportunities and prepare tailored proposals for clients
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and strong market knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience in **real estate sales**, investment advisory, or high‑value client‑facing roles
  • Strong understanding of property investment metrics (ROI, yields, cash flow, capital appreciation)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
  • Ability to build trust with investors and long‑term clients
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
