We are seeking a knowledgeable, proactive, and client‑focused **Real Estate Resale Agent** to manage secondary‑market transactions, support property owners, and guide buyers through ready‑property purchases across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle resale property inquiries and conduct professional viewings
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of property owners, buyers, and investors
  • Evaluate property conditions, pricing strategies, and market positioning
  • Advise clients on market trends, comparable sales, ROI, rental yields, and negotiation strategies
  • List resale properties, coordinate marketing activities, and manage property exposure
  • Negotiate offers, prepare agreements, and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with integrity, expertise, and exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Experience in **real estate resale**, secondary‑market sales, or property advisory roles
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s communities, pricing trends, and resale dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust with property owners and long‑term clients
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
