As demand from global buyers continues to rise, we are seeking talented **Multilingual Real Estate Agents** who can deliver a culturally aligned, high‑quality experience to clients from Russia, China, France, Europe, CIS countries, and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist international clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations in their native language
  • Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in multiple languages
  • Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
  • Build and manage a diverse portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and global professionalism

Requirements

  • Fluency in **one or more international languages** such as Russian, Mandarin Chinese, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Turkish, etc.
  • Strong command of **English**
  • Experience in real estate sales or high‑value client‑facing roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust with international clients and high‑net‑worth individuals
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
