About The Role
Gulf Realty is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan and ready properties, offering clients expert property investment and sales services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage new sales opportunities
- Conduct property consultations
- Recommend suitable investment options based on client objectives
- Build and maintain a strong client database
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
- Maintain professional relationships with clients
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate (Mandatory)
- Experience in off-plan (Preferred)
- Willing to work on a commission-only basis
- Ready to relocate to Dubai (if applicable)
