- You will

- be handed a ready-made client list or a portfolio to manage.
- You will be given
- leads, tools, training, and full support
- — and you will be expected to find clients, learn the Dubai property market quickly, and close deals yourself.

What You Will Actually Do
- You source your own clients and close them.
- We provide the engine — you drive it.
- Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Prospecting and generating your own leads alongside company-provided leads
- Making a high volume of outbound calls and consistent follow-ups
- Meeting investors and buyers
- Conducting property viewings
- *(virtual and in-person)*
- Learning Dubai developers, off-plan launches, secondary market inventory, and pricing strategies
- Advising serious buyers confidently and professionally
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Keeping all client activities updated in the CRM system

Requirements
- Native or fully fluent Spanish with professional English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Disciplined and consistent with daily sales activity targets
- Hungry, coachable, and resilient
- Comfortable with rejection and high-performance environments
- Fully prepared to relocate to Dubai
