Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate and corporate positions
• Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate agents and industry professionals
• Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and hiring processes
• Collaborate closely with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
• Real estate recruitment experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing platforms
• Ability to assess candidate profiles and identify top talent
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of UAE real estate hiring trends is a plus
