We are a Dubai-based brokerage specializing in both off-plan and secondary (ready) property Sales.
We're looking for dynamic,
professional and
experienced Property Sales Advisors to join our team - consultative salespeople who know the Dubai market, put clients first, and want their performance genuinely rewarded.
Role Description & Key Responsibilities
- This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting for clients, conducting property viewings, and advising buyers, sellers on suitable options.
- Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining an up-to-date property portfolio, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- The agent will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and that transactions comply with local regulations.
- What we're looking for :
- **Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate brokerage in Dubai**
- and preferrably with a valid UAE driving license.
- Strong understanding of both primary (off-plan) and secondary resale sales processes, DLD & RERA processes
- Hands-on Real Estate experience, preferably in Dubai or the broader UAE market, with familiarity of local property laws and procedures.
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach, active listening, and the ability to manage diverse client expectations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency - Native French, Russian, Chinese, Spanish or Arabic is a strong advantage.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and basic digital tools (email, presentations, document management) to manage leads and listings.
- Highly organized, professional and well-presented
- Currently based in Dubai and available to start immediately
