Key Responsibilities

• This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting for clients, conducting property viewings, and advising buyers, sellers on suitable options.
• Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining an up-to-date property portfolio, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• The agent will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and that transactions comply with local regulations.
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate brokerage in Dubai
• and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
• Solid understanding of both primary (off-plan) and secondary resale sales processes, DLD & RERA processes
• Hands-on Real Estate experience, preferably in Dubai or the broader UAE market, with familiarity of local property laws and procedures.
• Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach, active listening, and the ability to manage diverse client expectations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency -
• Native French, Russian, Chinese, Spanish or Arabic is a strong
• advantage.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and basic digital tools (email, presentations, document management) to manage leads and listings.
• Highly organized, professional and well-presented
• Currently based in Dubai and available to start immediately
