As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting local and international clients with property investments while building strong professional relationships within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of buyers, investors, landlords, and sellers
- Assist Chinese-speaking clients with residential and commercial property investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and deliver engaging property presentations
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing movements, and new project launches across Dubai
- Negotiate and close high-value property transactions professionally and efficiently
- Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions
- Maintain accurate records and client interactions through CRM systems
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and achieving targets in a competitive environment
- Professional, confident, and client-focused approach
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory for candidates with the right attitude and drive
