Job Overview
RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants to join a performance-driven team in Abu Dhabi.
This role is suited for agents who are results-oriented and comfortable working in a structured, target-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into closed property transactions
- Manage client relationships and negotiations
- Work within structured sales targets and processes
- Maintain consistent performance aligned with company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE real estate experience
- Proven track record in closing property deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- UAE Driving License and/or ADM registration preferred
Work Environment
- Performance-driven structure

- Focus on measurable results and deal closures
