Job Description
We are looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is suitable for both experienced professionals and fresh candidates who are passionate about sales, property, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and active prospecting
- List and market properties for sale and rent on major portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)
- Conduct market research and advise clients on pricing and trends
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate sales and leasing agreements
- Ensure all documentation complies with UAE real estate regulations (RERA / Abu Dhabi Municipality)
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Requirements
General:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong sales mindset and proactive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Experienced Candidates:
- Proven real estate sales or leasing experience in the UAE
- Established client or investor network preferred
- Knowledge of key areas: Yas Island, Saadiyat, Reem Island, etc.
Fresh Candidates:
- Strong interest in real estate and sales
- Willingness to learn and grow in a competitive environment
- Resilient, motivated, and target-oriented
- Background in sales or customer service is a plus
