Experienced, results-driven sales relationship manager role focused on off-plan property sales and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate has strong Dubai real estate market knowledge and a record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties; manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property investment opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders; follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, and report regularly to the Head of Sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.
- Participate in property launches, events, and client meetings; identify sales opportunities and support business development.
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and project briefings for clients and brokers.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of Dubai real estate sales experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
- The posting separately lists four years as a Real Estate Sales Manager as required.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Dubai real estate and RERA regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Fluent English and at least one of Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, or Russian.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Pay
- AED 1–2 per month is stated in the posting.
