This is not a traditional HR or recruitment role.
We are seeking a results-driven recruitment professional with a strong network in Dubai's secondary real estate market someone who knows the industry's top performers, understands what drives successful brokers, and can actively attract high-caliber talent to a growing brokerage.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, headhunt, and attract top-performing secondary market agents and brokers
- Leverage your industry network to identify and engage high-potential talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of resale-focused real estate professionals
- Partner with leadership to support the growth and expansion of the secondary sales division
- Monitor market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent movement across the industry
- Contribute to long-term talent acquisition strategies that support business growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting within Dubai's real estate industry (mandatory)
- Strong network of secondary market agents, brokers, and industry professionals
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- In-depth understanding of Dubai's resale property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and headhunting skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Additional language skills such as Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian, or Portuguese are highly desirable
