About This Role
Hiring: Personal Brand Strategist
We are looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy, and strategic professional to work closely with the top leadership of a leading real estate company in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern digital marketing, personal branding, AI-powered content creation, and high-end social media positioning.
The selected candidate will help build and scale the personal brand of senior real estate leadership into a recognized industry influencer across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-level personal branding strategies
- Create premium-quality social media content, captions, and campaigns
- Plan and manage short-form and long-form video content
- Use AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, and other advanced AI platforms for content creation and automation
- Build viral and engaging content ideas within the luxury real estate niche
- Assist leadership in positioning themselves as top real estate influencers
- Coordinate shoots, scripts, reels, storytelling, and digital campaigns
- Research trends, luxury market insights, and social media growth opportunities
- Optimize branding across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and PR platforms
- Create high-converting presentation materials, thought leadership posts, and marketing concepts
Requirements
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing & Personal Branding
- Excellent understanding of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong skills in content strategy, video concepts, and storytelling
- Experience managing executive or influencer social media accounts is a major advantage
- Understanding of luxury branding and high-end audience positioning
- Knowledge of video editing tools, Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Strong English communication and copywriting skills
- Creative thinker with modern marketing vision
Preferred
- Experience in high-end branding
- Understanding of Dubai real estate market
- Experience with viral short-form content and personal brand growth
- Familiarity with automation, AI prompting, and workflow optimization
