Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement real estate planning and construction strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in real estate development, construction management, or project planning.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, property development, and project feasibility.
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Understanding of building regulations, construction safety, and quality control standards.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
