Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site freelance project role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Operations Setup & Office Organizer. The responsibilities include organizing and establishing operational workflows, setting up office systems for efficient functioning, creating processes that ensure resource optimization, and supporting administrative and operational tasks. You will work closely with team members to ensure a well-structured and effective operational environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service, especially within real estate operations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in setting up efficient office systems and workflows
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant training in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a similar field is a plus
