Asyan Properties is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of our real estate sales team. If you have a strong background in real estate and proven leadership skills, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Assist agents in closing deals and handling client negotiations
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and professional service
- Recruit, train, and onboard new agents
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Proven experience managing or handling a team of agents
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- If he can bring a team with him, more way better.
