Real Estate Marketing Executive

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and manage social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Shoot property, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content using a smartphone.
• Edit videos, reels, and short-form content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Take and edit basic property and marketing photos as required.
• Develop content ideas, captions, scripts, and copy for social media posts, reels, property promotions, and campaigns.
• Support the creation of monthly content strategies and posting schedules.
• Assist with planning and coordinating real estate marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the brokerage team to promote listings, agents, company updates, and market-related content.
• Coordinate with third-party providers where required for professional property walkthroughs, photography, videography, or 3D content.
• Monitor social media engagement and suggest ways to improve reach, visibility, and audience interaction.
• Stay updated with social media trends, real estate content trends, and competitor activity in the UAE market.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar role.
• Real estate marketing experience is preferred.
• UAE-based experience is preferred.
• Strong video editing skills, especially for reels and short-form content.
• Confident with smartphone content shooting and basic photography.
• Strong copywriting skills, including captions, scripts, and campaign content.
• Ability to come up with creative content ideas and marketing strategies.
• Experience with social media scheduling and content planning.
• Familiarity with Canva is required; experience with CapCut, Adobe tools, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
• Creative, organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with a real estate brokerage, property developer, or property-related business.
• Experience creating property listing content, agent branding content, and real estate campaign material.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple content deadlines.
• Understanding of the UAE real estate market and audience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000, depending on experience.
