The Property Manager joins the Property Division and supports retail expansion across the Middle East and North Africa.
The role supports acquisitions planning, site selection, lease negotiations, budgeting, and portfolio management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize UAE retail, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Support store expansion through site identification, evaluation, and acquisition.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial assessments for store locations.
- Lead lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and landlord relationships.
- Monitor property budgets, occupancy costs, service charges, and operational performance.
- Coordinate store development, fit-out, refurbishment, and relocation projects.
- Ensure properties operate efficiently and comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Maintain relationships with landlords, developers, consultants, and service providers.
- Prepare property performance reports and recommendations.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of retail property management, leasing, or real estate experience in the UAE or GCC market.
- Strong understanding of retail property acquisition, portfolio management, lease administration, and site selection.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiations, financial analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and commercial leasing practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
