Leasing Manager / Leasing Team Leader – Dubai
A well-established Dubai real estate company is currently looking for an experienced Leasing Manager / Leasing Team Leader to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a leasing team within the Dubai real estate market
- Support agents with rental transactions and client management
- Develop leasing strategies and monitor team performance
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Ensure professional client service and market knowledge within the team
- Actively close personal rental deals alongside team management responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Dubai real estate leasing experience
- Previous team leader or management experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and leadership mentality
- European candidates preferred
- UAE Driving License preferred

Experience
- Rental Leasing: 3 years (Preferred)
