Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support financial operations for a real estate brokerage and a laundry business.
The role focuses on assisting with daily accounting tasks, maintaining records, and supporting management with reports.
Real Estate Brokerage
*Assist in tracking commissions and agent payments
*Record property transactions and update financial data
*Support preparation of financial reports
Laundry Business
*Record daily sales and expenses
*Assist in tracking costs (utilities, supplies, wages)
*Help manage supplier invoices and payments
General Duties
*Maintain records using an accounting system or bookkeeping software
*Assist with bank reconciliations
*Support payroll processing
*Organize financial files and documents
*Requirements
*1–3 years of accounting experience (or fresh graduate with internship experience)
*Basic understanding of accounting principles
*Familiarity with Excel and accounting systems
*Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
*Ability to handle multiple tasks
