Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead and grow our leasing department within a real estate brokerage in Qatar.
The role focuses on managing leasing transactions, supporting agents, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through effective leasing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the leasing brokerage team
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to increase leads, listings, and closed deals
- Support agents with client management, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, companies, and brokers
- Source and secure high-quality leasing listings from property owners
- Ensure accurate management of listings, client requirements, and follow-ups
- Monitor Qatar real estate market trends, rental rates, and demand areas
- Guide the team on pricing, negotiation, and market positioning
- Coordinate with marketing to promote listings and generate leads
- Oversee lease agreements and transaction documentation
- Track team performance, pipelines, deals, and revenue targets
- Prepare regular leasing reports for management
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate leasing or brokerage
- At least 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory leasing role
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
- Proven track record in closing leasing transactions
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and follow up with agents
- Well-established network of landlords, tenants, and brokers in Qatar
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Valid Qatar driving license and own car required
- Pay: From QAR1.00 per hour
