Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead and grow our leasing department within a real estate brokerage in Qatar. The role focuses on managing leasing transactions, supporting agents, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through effective leasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the leasing brokerage team
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to increase leads, listings, and closed deals
• Support agents with client management, negotiations, and deal closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, companies, and brokers
• Source and secure high-quality leasing listings from property owners
• Ensure accurate management of listings, client requirements, and follow-ups
• Monitor Qatar real estate market trends, rental rates, and demand areas
• Guide the team on pricing, negotiation, and market positioning
• Coordinate with marketing to promote listings and generate leads
• Oversee lease agreements and transaction documentation
• Track team performance, pipelines, deals, and revenue targets
• Prepare regular leasing reports for management

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate leasing or brokerage
• At least 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory leasing role
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
• Proven track record in closing leasing transactions
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and follow up with agents
• Well-established network of landlords, tenants, and brokers in Qatar
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Valid Qatar driving license and own car required

Pay: From QAR1.00 per hour
