Real Estate Data & Analytics Specialist supporting a project with an Abu Dhabi government entity in the real estate sector.
Provides validated data and analysis for market intelligence, forecasts, supply-demand inputs, reports, studies, and leadership requests.
Full-time role in Abu Dhabi, UAE; stated package is AED 20,000–30,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile supply, demand, transaction, price, rent, and pipeline data, validating it against sources.
- Maintain business data definitions, source records, and methodology notes; flag data gaps and quality issues for resolution.
- Run and validate index and indicator releases against approved methodology; analyse performance by area, asset class, segment, and period.
- Maintain forecasting inputs and assumptions and support supply-demand assessments, scenarios, and market-impact analysis.
- Produce tables, charts, and analytical outputs for reports, studies, and executive requests.
- Maintain market trackers and dashboards; respond to ad hoc requests with clear assumptions and traceable sources.
- Translate business questions into data requirements.
Candidate requirements
- 4–7+ years in real estate analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, economics, statistics, market research, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience collecting, cleaning, reconciling, and analysing complex data from multiple sources.
- Experience developing dashboards, recurring reports, market indicators, or forecasting-support models.
- Strong quantitative analysis and data-visualization skills; spatial or GIS exposure is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in real estate, government or semi-government, advisory, or another data-intensive regulated sector is preferred; GCC experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, data analytics, finance, real estate, engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
- Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- Package is AED 20,000–30,000 per month.
