Work on a project with an Abu Dhabi government entity in the real estate sector.
Support the entity's strategic planning and transformation agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Support formulation, refresh, and cascading of strategy and operational priorities.
- Conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking, and research.
- Translate leadership direction into objectives, initiatives, and implementation plans.
- Prepare strategy materials, decision papers, and executive presentations.
- Lead assigned strategic and transformation initiatives through implementation.
- Build roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and ownership arrangements.
- Coordinate stakeholders and delivery partners and resolve risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Deliver strategic studies and deep dives with evidence-based recommendations.
- Prepare leadership and governance decision materials and maintain progress updates.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in enterprise strategy, transformation delivery, strategic planning, public-sector advisory, or management consulting.
- Experience formulating strategy, converting priorities to initiatives and roadmaps, leading cross-functional workstreams, and coordinating senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive-writing skills; experience preparing leadership decision materials.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, public policy, management, or a related field.
- English fluency is required; Arabic is strongly preferred.
Preferred qualifications
- Government or semi-government, real estate, or other regulated-sector experience is preferred; GCC experience is an advantage.
- A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

- The role is associated with a project in Abu Dhabi, UAE; no workplace attendance policy is specified.
